As a Service Specialist (Barista), you will be the face of Lucky Cup Coffee Café. You will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment. This role requires passion for coffee, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced F&B setting.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and specialty beverages according to company standards.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring a positive guest experience.
- Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/point-of-sale transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, equipment, and café area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients, supplies, and packaging, and report replenishment needs to the supervisor/manager.
- Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet.
- Support team members to achieve daily sales targets and smooth operations.
- Uphold Lucky Cup Coffee Café’s brand image, service quality, and operational standards.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum **SPM qualification**; Diploma in Hospitality/F&B is an added advantage.
- Prior experience as a barista or in F&B service is preferred but fresh graduates are welcome (training will be provided).
- Passionate about coffee and customer service.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Energetic, team-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month

Expected hours: 45 per week
