**Manager, Professional Development**

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and execute value-driven membership strategies, including **Continuing Professional Development (CPD)** programmes, to boost engagement and retention.
- Build strong connections with members through dialogues, surveys, and events to understand their evolving needs.
- Partner with industry stakeholders, strategic collaborators, and vendors to design and deliver impactful learning activities.
- Lead initiatives to review, monitor, and recognise CPD compliance, ensuring high standards of professional growth.
- Work closely with learning divisions of financial institutions and partner organisations to strengthen recognition of CPD activities.
- Provide guidance on CPD-related matters, including exemption requests, compliance reporting, and member enquiries.
- Support membership teams with planning, data analysis, and reports that drive informed decision-making.
- Contribute to new initiatives that strengthen member value propositions and professional development strategies.
**What You Bring**
- A degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years’ experience in professional development, membership programmes, or CPD-related initiatives.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and exposure to customer/member data management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, writing, and communication skills with the ability to connect across different levels of stakeholders.
- A confident, proactive, and analytical personality - someone who thrives on taking initiative and working independently.
