_**Job Description**_
- To manage the company’s ecommerce platform & Social Media (Website, Shopee, lazada, Tik Tok, Facebook, Instagram & Xiao Hong Shu)
- To involve throughout the campaign idea, planning, implementation, measurement, and optimization process which to hands-on experience using various digital marketing platforms.
- Works closely with ecommerce platform agency to achieve specific company objectives, such as; increasing digital/online sales, lead generation, brand engagement, and conversions.
- Manage the overall process of the Company's e-commerce platform ( website, Lazada & Shopee)
- Attend to online customer enquiries, comments, complaints and find solutions for customers.
- Generate, manage & publish relevant and engaging digital content for website and social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Xiao Hong Shu etc.
- Work with agency in planning and joining all the campaign in Marketplace (Shopee, lazada and etc)
- Manage social media marketing campaigns, monitor and track online campaign progress to determine campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct research on market trends, brand’s audiences and competitors, and end to-end consumer journey to drive engagements and conversions.
- Prepare the report for the price comparison with other competitors.
- Analyze marketplace and social marketing reports (e platform and Social Media) and share insights with the team to develop optimization plans.
- **Job Requirement**_
- At least 3 years’ experience in social media & e-commerce activities.
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing/Digital Marketing, Business Admin or any related field.
- Conscientious, patient, able to work within tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of manage Marketplace, social media, Additional knowledge to manage live streaming, Tik Tok & Xiao Hong Shu will be an advantage.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin (advantage) Bahasa Malaysia
- Full-time position is available.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
