- Achieve operation objectives.
- Driving KPI's & profitability.
- Work closely with area managers.
- Coach sales team in driving the business.
- Support store expansion plans.
- Business analysis & presentations.
- People management & development.
- Liaising with key department for business improvement strategies.
- Implement strategic marketing plans.
- Regular store visits in the region.

**Responsibilities**:
▪ Sales-driven and able to achieve sales KPIs.
▪ Focused on driving excellent customer experience.
▪ Preferably from Fashion, Footwear, Pharmaceutical, Home & Living retail chain, or Franchising background.
▪ Age between 30 - 45 years old.
▪ Passionate about retail and willing to go the extra mile.
▪ Willing to travel daily to different branches.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
