**Role Summary**

**1) Operations & Warehouse Management**:
a) Oversee daily warehouse and inventory operations, ensuring accuracy in stock movement and documentation.

b) Monitor and maintain optimal stock levels; plan and implement effective inventory control systems.

c) Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to in accordance with F&B requirements.

d) Manage and coach warehouse team to improve productivity, safety, and compliance.

**2) Logistics & Distribution**

a) Coordinate and schedule timely deliveries to customers (B2B & B2C) and inter-warehouse transfers.

b) Manage transportation arrangements and relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners.

c) Optimize delivery routes and costs while maintaining high service quality.

d) Resolve logistics-related issues promptly and effectively.

**3) Supply Chain Planning**

a) Forecast demand and plan supply accordingly to meet production and customer needs.

b) Work closely with procurement, production, QA, and sales to align supply chain strategies.

c) Monitor supplier performance and delivery timelines to avoid disruptions.

**4) Operational Improvement & Reporting**

a) Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across operations and supply chain functions.

b) Track KPIs and generate regular reports on warehouse, logistics, and supply chain performance.

c) Lead ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning)/WMS (Warehouse Management System) implementation or upgrades related to operations and inventory.

**5)**Perform any **ad hoc tasks or special assignments** as directed by the **Head of Department (HOD)** or senior management to support overall operations and business needs.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
