Office & Project Coordinator

As an Office & Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of office activities while supporting key areas such as new hire onboarding, visa coordination, and competitor analysis. You will be a key contributor to creating a seamless employee experience and driving strategic initiatives, helping the company maintain its competitive edge.

**Your EDGE assignment/You will**:
Office, Leave Management & General Administration
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure an organized and efficient workplace.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to maintain optimal office functionality.
- Coordinate scheduling for meetings, travel arrangements, and company events.
- Process staff expense claims, per diem, and reconciliation for reimbursement.
- Obtain the necessary approvals for payment processing and leave management for Malaysia weekend servicing employees.
- Any office administration duties as and where required

Onboarding Coordination
- Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Manage onboarding schedules, including setting up workstations, coordinating with IT for equipment, and providing training resources.
- Assist in processing employee documentation, including employment contracts and other compliance-related paperwork.

Competitor Analysis
- Conduct research on competitors, analyzing their offerings, strategies, and positioning in the market.
- Analyze competitor offerings, customer engagement strategies, and overall market presence.
- Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance the company's competitive edge.

- Proven experience in office administration, onboarding coordination, or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively across teams.
- Proficiency in handling staff expense claims, leave management, and visa processing.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct competitor research and provide actionable insights.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to take on challenges and responsibilities.
- Willingness to work fully on-site and support operational needs beyond regular office hours, if required.
