The **QESH Executive** will oversee, maintain, and continuously improve the organization's

Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and

ISO45001 standards. The role involves working with internal teams, external consultants, and

certification bodies to meet regulatory, customer, and organizational requirements.

**A. Key Responsibilities**

**1. Management System Development**:

- Develop, document, and implement the Integrated Management System (IMS) in line with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 standards.
- Collaborate with department heads to create and update procedures, policies, and forms relevant to quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety requirements.

**2. Compliance and Certification**:

- Monitor compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as the primary liaison for external audits, including recertification and surveillance audits.

3. Responsible for performing inspections on materials, products, assemblies, sub-assemblies.

4. Do quality checks daily to ensure that the products are being manufactured to the required standards.

5. Perform in-process quality inspection according to quality plan.

6. Monitor product rejection rate and causes.

**B. Qualifications and Skills**
- Malaysian.
- Education: Minimum Diploma / Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or related fields.
- Certifications: Internal Auditor or Lead Auditor certification for ISO9001, ISO14001, and/or ISO45001 is preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing ISO systems in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Skills:

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in document management systems and tools.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Have a degree in engineering or equivalent and have 1 year of experience in the manufacturing of lifting machines / have a diploma in engineering or equivalent and have 3 years of experience in the manufacturing of lifting machines / have a skill certificate in the field of engineering or equivalent and have 5 years of experience in manufacturing lifting machines / have an SPM or equivalent and have 10 years of experience in the manufacturing of lifting machines.
- Familiar with QA/QC measurement tools, QC 7 tools is and added advantages.

**Additional Notes**
- This role is expected to work closely with top management and act as the champion for ISO initiatives.
- Experience with integrating multiple ISO standards is an added advantage.

**Schedule**:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- alternate saturday working

**Supplemental Pay**:

- Overtime pay
