**Deskripsi Umum**:
Sebagai Ketua Pasukan di bahagian Grocery, anda bertanggungjawab memastikan operasi harian berjalan lancar, memastikan stok barang mencukupi dan tersusun rapi, serta memimpin pasukan dalam mencapai sasaran jualan dan memberikan perkhidmatan terbaik kepada pelanggan.

**Tanggungjawab Utama**:

- Memimpin dan menyelia aktiviti harian pasukan di bahagian grocery (barang kering, makanan berbungkus, keperluan harian, dll).
- Memastikan stok barang mencukupi di rak dan stor serta disusun mengikut planogram GIANT.
- Menyusun paparan produk dengan menarik dan mematuhi piawaian visual merchandising.
- Memantau tarikh luput produk dan memastikan konsep FIFO/FEFO dilaksanakan.
- Memberi tunjuk ajar serta melatih ahli pasukan baru.
- Menyusun jadual kerja dan mengurus pertukaran shift kakitangan.
- Berkoordinasi dengan jabatan penerimaan barang dan inventori untuk pengurusan stok.
- Menyediakan laporan harian mengenai jualan, stok, dan isu operasi.
- Menangani aduan pelanggan secara profesional dan mesra.
- Memastikan kebersihan, keselamatan, dan kekemasan kawasan kerja pada setiap masa.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
