**Full Job Description-Site Supervisor(Renovation)**
- **The Role**:_

As the Site Supervisor a, you will oversee the onsite renovation work. You will focus on taking care of the project’s timeline. Your work will directly impact the quality of the completed units.
- **What You’ll Do**:_

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise day-to-day renovation activities to ensure projects are executed and on schedule.
- Undertake any and all other duties, responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
- Attend site meetings coordinate site activities.
- Prepare daily report, keep all site renovation works records and documents.
- Monitor work progress and ensure that all works are in accordance to drawing, specification and procedure.
- Maintain close communication with client to plan and deliver accurate delivery scheduling.
- Monitor site management and control daily progress until the renovation works site satisfactory handover.
- overall supervision of renovation works progress.
- Inspection and handover of renovated property.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field will be an advantage.
- Willing to travel to any project site.
- Possess own transport.
- Able to work under minimum supervision, independently and in a team.
- Can start immediately
- Based at Kuala Lumpur

**Job Types**: Full-time

**Salary**: 3000-4500 depends on their experience and credibility
