**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and update invoice details, including pricing adjustments, discounts, and promotional offers in the company’s system.
- Verify that promotional pricing and discount structures are correctly reflected on invoices.
- Cross-check invoice information such as vendor details, invoice dates, and item amounts for accuracy.
- Reconcile invoices against purchase orders, promotional terms, and contractual agreements to ensure completeness and correctness.
- Resolve discrepancies by coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and relevant internal departments (e.g., marketing, sales, finance).
- Manage the full invoice processing cycle, ensuring timely logging and categorization.
- Respond to vendor and internal team inquiries regarding invoice and pricing issues.
- Support lifecycle management of promotions by ensuring accurate invoicing based on agreed terms and timelines.
- Review and resolve discount or pricing discrepancies on vendor invoices.
- Maintain well-organized documentation of invoices, promotional terms, and related correspondence for audit and retrieval purposes.
- Support month-end and year-end invoicing and reporting tasks in coordination with the accounts payable team.
- Ensure all pricing and promotional information is entered and maintained accurately and in compliance with company policies.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.
- Experience in retail, F&B, invoicing, or administrative roles, especially involving pricing or promotions, is preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP software such as SAP or similar systems, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and verification.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of retail pricing strategies, promotional terms, and discounting models.
- Background in accounts payable, sales coordination, or marketing support.
- Understanding of financial implications of promotions and their impact on invoicing.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, pivot tables, and other data analysis tools.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
