**Customer Success Executive**
**Location**: Eskayvie HQ, Section 13, Shah Alam.

Do you have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring smooth customer experiences? We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team

**What you'll be doing**:

- **Courier & Returns Management**: Coordinate with courier services (Poslaju, DHL, Ninjavan) to handle undelivered or faulty products and returns.Collect feedback from customers regarding returned products and report mishandling issues to courier services.
- **Testimonial Management**: Schedule Zoom sessions with customers to collect testimonials.Transcribe recordings for video editing and ensure timely delivery of product tokens (within 7-14 days).
- **Reporting & Feedback**: Record daily reports on product and service feedback from multiple channels.Track metrics such as complaints and inquiries, and submit data to the Customer Success Manager.

**What we’re looking for**:

- Minimum SPM with at least 2 years of working experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in a related field (Customer Service, Sales, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Experience with system/software tools.
- Strong leadership & management skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Melayu & English.
- Well-versed in product knowledge and a fast learner in any field of work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
