EF is seeking a motivated **Forest Positive Project Manager **based in Nyon, Switzerland or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

**Responsibilities**:
The main areas of responsibilities for the **Forest Positive Project Manager **are as follows:
- Strategy development: Lead the creation strategy in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and our member companies;
- Member engagement: proactively engage with our members, internal stakeholders to create alignment around the vision, prioritization of needs, and proactively drive project activities. Be the key point of contact for various counterparts within our member companies;
- Analysis and reporting: support internal stakeholders with complete specific analyses related to forest positive and forest footprint actions and support the development of reports to present results;
- Supplier engagement: support supplier engagement as it relates to sharing vison/methodology/results and defining next steps. Provide guidance and support to the regional strategic analysts on running the supplier engagement locally, as well as ensuring alignment of the engagement across suppliers and commodities;
- Project management: Lead the management of project activities in close collaboration with EF teams globally to ensure high-quality delivery of all related project deliverables. Provide regular updates to relevant project stakeholders;
- Budget management: Ensure projects are delivered within budget and provide reporting to project stakeholders regularly;
- Communications: Develop materials and lead opportunities to share EF’s work externally with key industry, government and NGO groups.
- 5-10 years’ relevant professional working experience with global supply chain experience from a sustainability and/or innovation perspective;
- University degree or higher in a field related to business management, the environment, sociology/anthropology or international development;
- Strong understanding of business supply chains and sourcing issues; especially as it relates to land-use change impacts. Knowledge of natural raw materials and agricultural commodities an advantage;
- Exemplary relationship management skills, with proven track record of managing and developing existing clients and developing new ones;
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to work with large data sets, synthesise findings and identify key issues and risks. Excellent attention to detail;
- A natural planner and organizer, able to prioritize and organize own work schedule, with proven project management skills and experience, effectively driving multiple projects simultaneously;
- Excellent team player, with emotional stability, ideally used to working with multidisciplinary and multicultural teams in a matrixed global organization, used to fostering cross-boundary collaboration;
- Experience with managing conflict situations, including having difficult conversations with external or internal team if needed, in a constructive way to achieve the desired outcome;
- Comfortable in fast-moving, high-pressure, complex and changing environments;
