**Position: Accounting & Support Analyst**

**Tenure: 1 year contract ( Renewable basis)**

**Location: Damansara**

**Salary: RM 3000 - RM 3300 ( Subject to experience)**

**Job Description as follows**:

- Assist in administration of Subsidy programs
- Monitor ADO reimbursement daily transaction
- Assist in administration of Petron Employee Petrol Rebate Program
- Manage Petron Employee Rebate data and invoice
- Update PBB on resigned employee for Petron Employee Rebate program
- Prepare and submit e-Nelayan claim letter
- Compile monthly data of credit card, fleet card and discount card for service station sales
- Synchronizing FC data between PFCC and MDTCC
- Creation and posting of Journal Entries
- Process Refunds
- Other ad-hoc tasks

**Job requirements**:

- Qualification : Degree, preferable with accounting background
- Experience : Not necessary but having experience is an advantage
- Computer literacy : Excel (please specify score over 10), Word, others would be and advantage; eg. SAP, Access, etc.
- CGPA : 3 and above preferred

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
