**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers warmly and ensure efficient seating arrangements.
- Take customer orders promptly and accurately, noting any special requests.
- Serve food and beverages courteously and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Assist in setting up and clearing tables to ensure a seamless dining experience.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Uphold hygiene and safety standards in all service-related activities.
- Replenish supplies such as cutlery, napkins, and condiments as needed.
- Support teammates during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including dress code and punctuality.
- Promote special menu items or events as instructed by management.
- Report any operational issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- Fresh graduate can apply.
- Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude, team player, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Location: Subang Parade, Subang Jaya.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
