**POSITION OVERVIEW**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our finance team.
The role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
To manage the accounts receivable process from invoicing to collection, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at each stage.
To generate and issue invoices to customers accurately and in a timely manner.
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
To follow up on overdue accounts and coordinate with customers to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes.
To collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
To maintain accurate records of customer transactions, interactions, and payment histories.
To prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging analysis, and cash flow projections.
To assist with month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable.
To stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and industry best practices related to accounts receivable.
**REQUIREMENTS**
Minimum SPM/ Accounting Related Certs
Proven experience working in accounts receivable, billing, or related financial roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices, particularly related to accounts receivable management.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues at all levels.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Melayu
