**Deskripsi Umum**:
Bertanggungjawab untuk memantau, menyokong, dan memastikan kelancaran operasi sistem IT dan aplikasi perniagaan harian. Berperanan penting dalam menyelesaikan isu teknikal, menyokong projek IT, serta memastikan ketersediaan dan prestasi sistem sentiasa berada pada tahap optimum.

**Tanggungjawab Utama**:
a) Memantau sistem operasi, aplikasi dan peralatan sokongan untuk memastikan ia berfungsi dengan baik.

b) Menyiasat dan menyelesaikan isu atau insiden yang dilaporkan oleh pengguna.

c) Memberi sokongan teknikal peringkat pertama (1st level support) dan bekerjasama dengan pasukan IT HQ lain jika perlu.

d) Menyediakan laporan prestasi sistem, analisis gangguan, dan cadangan penambahbaikan.

e) Mengurus dan mendokumentasi proses sokongan serta piawaian operasi.

f) Bekerjasama rapat dengan jabatan lain untuk memastikan keperluan perniagaan dipenuhi melalui sokongan operasi.

g) Memastikan pematuhan kepada dasar keselamatan data dan garis panduan operasi.

h) Menyokong pelaksanaan sistem baru, termasuk ujian dan latihan pengguna akhir.

i) Berkemahiran dalam Microsoft office (Word,excel dan sistem yang berkaitan IT)

Boleh bekerja secara bersendirian.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
