As a Barista you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and preparing high-quality coffee beverages. You will greet customers with a friendly smile, take orders accurately, and create customized drinks to exceed their expectations. **Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso drinks, pour-overs, and cold brews, following company recipes and standards.
- Provide friendly and attentive service to customers, greeting them with a smile, taking orders accurately, and offering product recommendations when needed.
- Operate coffee equipment, such as espresso machines, grinders, and brewers, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area, including equipment, utensils, and serving stations, in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, syrups, and other supplies, and communicate replenishment needs to management.
- Uphold company policies and procedures, including cash handling, food safety protocols, and sanitation guidelines.
- Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance coffee knowledge and customer service skills.
- Contribute to a positive work environment by collaborating with team members, communicating effectively, and supporting coworkers as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred, but not required.
- Food handler's card or willingness to obtain one.
- SPM or equivalent preferred.

**Skill and Knowledge**:

- Passion for coffee and a desire to learn about different brewing methods, coffee origins, and flavor profiles.
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effective as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
