Do rounding and collecting on the floor for any guest sending their laundry item.
- Checking check out rooms for lost linen or damage item while received info from front office.
- Do deliver guest request within 5 min or shortest time possible when requested.
- Do deliver room linen and amenities to room maid.
- Do weekly inventory for guest amenities and beverage follow the par level.
- Collecting any extra item such as extra bed, baby cot and iron board on the floor.
- Keep pantry store clean and tidy.
- Set up extra bed and baby cot for standby requested.
- Collect housekeeping item at general store when been requested.
- Assist supervisor for counting delivering of linen from laundry supplier.
- Assist supervisor to counting dirty linen after room maid completed cleaning the rooms.
- Assist clerk to find any lost and found item inside the room when needed.
- Assist clerk to send clean guest laundry to the room when needed.
Info to supervisor any shortage linen when received from laundry supplier.
