**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and diligently monitor food retort equipment to guarantee proper processing and preservation of food items.
- Conduct routine quality checks to ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the production team to meet daily and weekly production targets.
- Adhere rigorously to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to uphold a hygienic and safe working environment.
- Maintain records of production activities and relevant documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a production operator in a food manufacturing environment, with a preference for expertise in retort processing.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to adhere to SOPs.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

**Education**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent. Additional technical training or certifications in food processing will be considered a significant advantage.
