1. General Administrative Duties
- Prepare and maintain company documents, contracts, and project records.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and other staff on administrative needs.
- Handle office supplies, stationery, and general upkeep.

2. Procurement & Purchasing Duties
- Maintain updated procurement records and supplier databases.
- Source and request quotations from suppliers, contractors, and vendors (furniture, fittings, materials, etc.).
- Assist to evaluate and compare vendor offers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
- Assist with logistics (delivery schedules, coordination with site teams).

3. Project Support
- Provide administrative and procurement support to design and project teams.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of materials, samples, and office stock.
- Assist in preparing project-related documentation (quotations, invoices, supplier agreements).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
