We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support our Director in daily administrative and project-related tasks. This is a full-time position that offers flexible working hours and great opportunities for growth within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

- Take meeting minutes and distribute to relevant stakeholders.
- Arrange and manage the Director’s schedule, ensuring reminders and follow-ups.
- Handle documentation and filing for projects under the Director’s supervision.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Assist during meetings and ensure all necessary materials are prepared.
- Provide support in any way necessary to ensure smooth operations.

Job Requirements:

- Must reside near Nilai and have own transportation.
- Female, aged 20-30 years preferred.
- Must possess a valid driving license.
- Good attitude, punctual, and willing to travel.
- Dress modestly and appropriately for a professional setting.
- Diploma in any relevant field.
- Immediate availability is highly preferred.
