**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Ensure proper coordination between the Banquet Department and other departments for seamless event execution.
- Take full responsibility for banquet operations, including food and beverage quality, service standards, and event execution.
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of banquet halls, meeting rooms, storage areas, and operating equipment.
- Monitor and manage banquet food, beverage, and labor costs effectively to achieve profitability.
- Train and develop staff, including part-timers, on service standards, food and beverage knowledge, and operating procedures.
- Ensure service associates and part-timers meet grooming and professionalism standards.
- Conduct daily event briefings and weekly meetings with the Sales Department for continuous improvements.
- Enforce and execute Food and Beverage Department goals, ensuring adherence to house rules and safety regulations.
- Introduce new and creative food presentations while finding ways to increase revenue without compromising quality.
- Propose staff movements and promotions while fostering a pleasant and teamwork-oriented work environment.
- Maintain guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and ensuring high service standards.
- Ensure effective communication between management, staff, and other departments.
- Review and monitor daily banquet sales while providing suggestions for cost control and operational improvements.
- Uphold hotel standards in dining experiences, ensuring all guest requests and concerns are handled promptly.
- Take pride in leading the Banquet Department with professionalism, ethics, and a commitment to excellence.

**QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS**:

- Diploma required or equivalent experience in the form of 3-5 years hotel operations and/or management.
- Extensive knowledge of banquet and proven ability to plan and execute banquet target effectively with a strong sense of the detail.
- Possess good interpersonal skills.
- Possess own transportation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
