Admin Clerk HR Assistant

To perform general administration and data entry duties
(Answering calls, photocopy, mailing, filing)
Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents
To provide administrative support
Assist prepare foreign workers payroll and update attendance records
Assist prepare payment vouchers ,claims, invoicing and familiar with basic accounting
Support management and executives staff by performing any assigned clerical tasks
Training will be provided
