- Greet and direct customers.
- Cross-sell products.
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services).
- Answer customers' questions about specific products/services.
- Keep up-to-date with new products/services.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers and provide feedback to the Superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- No minimum education/experience is required.
- Flexibility to work on shift rotation.
- Great passion for fashion and highly energetic.
- Familiarity of the retail sales process.
- Good communication skills with basic knowledge in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
