**RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Co-ordinate and liaise with vendors, partners, support staff and/or the relevant government authorities to achieve project deliverables and for the successful accomplishment of the business goals
2. Engages and coordinates service provider groups and SMEs to plan, coordinate and implementations.
3. Manage and direct project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget as well as managing sub-contractors and suppliers as and when necessary.
4. Coordinates team resources, resolves conflicts, manages performance, and ensures propositions and plans successfully reflect contract parameters, company’s policy, and capability
5. Handle multiple projects and work within tight schedules
6. Attend client service review meetings; areas covered will include performance reports, customer service improvements, quality and processes
7. Assist on overall construction site planning, construction activities, operations and completion of the work on time and within budget
8. Assist in documentation, report, data preparation and drawing interpretation
9. Critical part planning, strategic planning and timeline management

**REQUIREMENTS:

- **
1. Preferably with minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in the commercial and office building works and must be very familiar and exposed to M&E Trades, Civil, Structure, Architecture and ID Works
2. Attend site meetings and liaise with clients and sub-contractors
3. Managerial skills in Structural / Interior / C&S / Architecture OR M&E
4. Independent and able to deliver works as per contract requirement.
6. Possess a strong leadership skill, problem solving and communication skills.
