Our client is an established general insurance company in Malaysia, and they are looking for an Infrastructure Manager. The IT Application Manager will lead and manage the company’s support system and all dependency systems.

**Responsibilities**:
**Application Development and Deployment**
- Oversee the entire software development life cycle, from planning and design to testing and implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize feature development and resolve technical issues.

**Team Management**
- Manage a team of developers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages team members to excel and grow.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

**Application Maintenance**

**Vendor Management**
- Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers, ensuring they deliver high-quality products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and service level agreements to optimize value and mitigate risks.

Strategic Planning:

- Collaborate with senior management to develop IT strategies and roadmaps that support business objectives and growth initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Relevant certificates will be an added advantage.
- 8 years’ experience and above in IT Application Management.
- Sound experience in Business Analysis and Project Management.

Pay: Up to RM17,000.00 per month
