负责管理行政职责和日常人力资源运营,如处理请假和考勤管理。
- 处理招聘管理方面的工作,包括安排面试、跟进任命并进行新团队成员的入职说明。
- 确保根据马来西亚劳动法实施人力资源政策、程序和实践。
- 处理请假和考勤管理。
- 在个人文件和工资系统中维护和更新团队成员的个人信息。
- 准备报销和加班计算。
- 促进积极开放的工作环境,使员工感到可以畅所欲言。 执行支持销售、财务、物流库存控制的任何行政工作。
- 负责月度公积金、社保和所得税缴纳,确保遵守法定要求和截止日期。
- 协助公司参与、培训和文化建设活动。
- 监督办公室维护和清洁工作。
- Accountable for the management of the administrative duties and day-to-day HR operations such as handle leave and time attendance administration.
- Handle recruitment administration aspects including interview arrangement, follow up the appointment and conducting induction briefings onboarding journey of new team members.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures and practices are implemented according to Malaysia labor laws.
- Handle leave and time attendance administration
- Maintain and update team member's personal information in a personal file and payroll system.
- Prepare claim & overtime calculation
- Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues.
- Perform any administrative jobs to support sales, accounts, logistics inventory control.
- Responsible for monthly EPF, SOCSO and income tax contributions, ensuring compliance to the statutory requirements and deadlines that are in practice.
- Assist in company engagement, training, and culture-building activities.
- Supervise office maintenance and cleanliness
