**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Junior Quantity Surveyor** to assist in cost estimation, project budgeting, tendering processes, and contract administration. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience to build a strong foundation in quantity surveying.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing **cost estimates**, **bill of quantities (BQ)**, and **tender documentation**.
- Support the team in **cost control** and **budget monitoring** throughout the project lifecycle.
- Attend site visits and assist in **progress claims**, **variation orders**, and **final accounts**.
- Assist in sourcing and evaluating **quotations from suppliers and subcontractors**.
- Work closely with project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure accurate documentation and reporting.
- Maintain proper records for contract documentation and payment certifications.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, contract terms, and safety standards.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in **Quantity Surveying**, **Construction Management**, or related field.
- 0-2 years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in **Microsoft Office** and quantity surveying software (e.g., **AutoCAD**, **CostX**, **Glodon**, etc.).
- Good communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel to project sites when required.
- Fluent in **English** and **Bahasa Malaysia**; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,800.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- Attendance bonus
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
