**Overview**

Our client, a leading provider of water filtration solutions, has earned recognition for its innovative products featuring advanced filtration technologies. With recent business expansion into the B2C environment, they are seeking an experienced professional to lead their credit collections team.

The role involves optimizing end-to-end credit operations to ensure timely debt recovery, maintain compliance with legal and corporate standards and foster strong customer relationships to support business objectives.

**Location**

Puchong, Selangor Darul Ehsan

**Remuneration**

Up to RM 11,000 based on work experience

**Responsibilities**
- **Team Leadership **Lead the credit collections team by setting performance goals, providing guidance, and facilitating training to ensure team efficiency and growth.
- **Strategic Credit Management **Oversee daily credit control operations to ensure timely debt recovery and continuous improvement of workflows and systems
- **Debt Recovery **Monitor and review outstanding debts, identify high-risk accounts, resolve disputes and execute action plans to minimize bad debts
- **Data Reporting **Analyse collection performance metrics to prepare reports on outstanding debts, delinquency rates and overall performance for management
- **Customer Relationship Management **Ensure all collection activities comply with relevant laws, regulations and company policies while maintaining excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
- 7 years of experience in credit collection (B2C) including 3 years in a leadership role
- Excellent communication, negotiation and conflict resolution skills with fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Proven track record of improving collection processes and reducing outstanding debt in a B2C environment
- Strong understanding of debt recovery laws, financial data analysis and collection management systems

Pay: Up to RM11,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
