Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, in a 24/7 operation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to inquiries and providing accurate and timely information via various communication channels.
- Ensures all customer inquiries/ issues/ complaints are resolved according to the company's processes and procedures.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for a positive resolution.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in customer service or related field is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, in a 24/7 operation.
- Fluency in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
