**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, design, and implement specialized training programs for TCM physicians and therapists.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials tailored to the specific needs of the participants.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in TCM and therapy-related practices.
- Innovate and update training curriculum to align with industry best practices.
- Implement quality assurance measures to assess the effectiveness of training programs.

**Job Requirements**:

- Preferably Bachelor's Degree in TCM or equivalent related qualification.
- Additional certifications or qualifications related to training and education are a plus.
- Substantial clinical experience as a TCM physician and therapist.
- Demonstrated proficiency in acupuncture, herbal medicine, or other therapy-related modalities.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible approach to training methodologies, accommodating different learning styles.
- Commitment to staying updated on the latest advancements in TCM and therapy-related fields.

**Working Location**:SS2, One Utama, Sunway Pyramid & Aeon Cheras Maluri
