**POSITION** : Operation Admin
**WORKING HOURS**: Monday - Friday (Office Hours)
**QUALIFICATION**:
- Minimum Diploma in related field **OR** 1-2 years experience in Logistics / Admin
- Experience in operation admin / logistics admin is a must
- Able to communicate well & work independently
**JOB SUMMARY**
**Admin - POD Collection & Upload (1 HC)**
- Call vendors to request Proof of Delivery (POD)
- Scan & upload PODs into shared drive
- Update TMS system when necessary
**Admin - Operation Support (2 HC)**
- Monitor & update shared Excel sheet daily
- Receive & submit customs forms to customers
- Ensure all records are accurate and up to date
**Admin - EPCO Registration (1 HC)**
- Prepare EPCO registration for customer following SOP
- Ensure all required documentation is complete & submitted on time
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
