**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding workplace concerns, including interpersonal conflicts, performance issues, harassment complaints, and grievances.
- Mediate and resolve disputes between employees or between employees and management, ensuring a fair and objective approach to conflict resolution.
- Assist in the policy implementation and development, communication, and enforcement of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Work to foster a positive work environment, driving employee engagement initiatives and programs contributing to employee satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with labor laws, industry standards, and best practices related to employee relations and ensure that all practices comply with legal requirements.
- Conduct training sessions for managers and employees on conflict resolution, workplace behavior, and legal compliance.
- Lead or assist in conducting investigations related to employee complaints, ensuring a thorough, unbiased, and timely process.
- Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience with a focus on employee and industrial relations preferably within the food & beverage industry or a related sector
- Well-versed in the Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967, and other relevant regulations.
- Uphold confidentiality and demonstrate respect for the privacy of employee records.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- A valuable team player and able to work independently
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Possess own transport and willing to travel

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:
