**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a creative, driven, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead and execute our marketing strategies for the Telekung Hiqmah brand. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to build brand awareness, drive sales, and foster customer loyalty. This role requires a strong understanding of both online and offline marketing channels, a passion for the Muslimah market, and the ability to translate business objectives into effective marketing initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies**: Create and execute integrated marketing plans encompassing digital marketing, social media, content marketing, public relations, events, and traditional advertising to achieve sales targets and brand objectives.
- **Brand Management**: Oversee and maintain the Telekung Hiqmah brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual presentation across all marketing materials and channels.
- **Content Marketing**: Develop engaging and relevant content (blog posts, articles, videos, social media updates) that resonates with our target audience and supports marketing goals.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and grow our social media presence, creating compelling content, engaging with followers, and analyzing performance.
- **Market Research & Analysis**: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Analyze marketing campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- **Budget Management**: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- **Public Relations & Partnerships**: Identify and cultivate relationships with relevant media outlets, influencers, and potential partners to enhance brand visibility.
- **Event Management**: Plan and execute marketing events, such as product launches, promotions, and participation in relevant exhibitions or fairs.
- **Performance Reporting**: Regularly track, analyze, and report on key marketing metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- **Team Leadership (Potential)**: As the team grows, there may be opportunities to lead and mentor junior marketing staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of [Insert Number, e.g., 3-5] years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the fashion, retail, or Muslimah apparel industry.
- Strong understanding of the Muslimah market and its cultural nuances.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop - basic proficiency is a plus).
- Passion for the Telekung Hiqmah brand and its mission.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
