Join Our Growing Team as a **QAQC Inspector**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- To liaise with clients on all quality issues in the absence of the QA/QC Manager/ Assistant QAQC Manager.
- To ensure all QAQC procedures as defined in relevant Quality Control Plan and Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) are implemented accordingly at project sites.
- To carry out QC inspections at every inspection and test point documented in the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) relevant to the project.
- To follow through on all NCRs and complaints and ensure relevant corrective actions and preventive measures are in line with project quality and standard requirement.
- To ensure proper implementation of project execution plan and all related documentation on site through periodic audits.
- To be responsible to control, monitor and maintain Project Quality Record System established for all projects assigned.
- To report on the quality performance of assigned project into QAQC Monthly/ Weekly Report.
- Monitor that base material & consumable welding materials conform to specification requirements, that the specified consumables are used in conjunction with the appropriate base material(s) or combination thereof.
- To conduct workers induction / mock-up or briefing consistently to ensure proper implementation of quality requirements.
- To verify NDT work sub-contractors’ claim as per time frame set.
- To co-ordinate and assist with final inspections; monitor completion of the contractor’s works.
- To be responsible for material receiving and storage at site.
- To ensure safety precautions are observed at all times when conducting inspection at site.
- To ensure rectification of defects being followed up and recorded.
- Ensure proper record keeping in server is updated and maintained at all times.
- To oversee, train and lead subordinates in achieving quality objectives.
- To perform any other ad hoc duties that may be assigned by the Management.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Degree holder in any related field or Diploma/ Certificate in Welding Works.
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in a similar position.
- Communication - able to understand and motivate subordinates.
- Computer Literate - able to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
