Objective
- To ensure the smooth daily running of the HR operations. **To coordinate in all training matters and induction of new staff. ** To assist the Finance Director in all delegated tasks.
- Compliance to applicable Labor and Employment laws and statutes of Malaysia.

Responsibilities & Authorities:

- To assist in all recruitment matters.
- To handle new employee Orientation & Induction
- To handle all immigration matters.
- To handle employee welfare matters.
- To coordinate all incoming and outgoing HR-related correspondence.
- To oversee non-confidential HR matters such as (but not limited to):

- Employees’ Leave Record.
- Employees’ overall discipline, morale, behaviourial patterns.
- To coordinate all training and development matters.
- To liaise with governmental bodies to make enquiries, etc.
- To assist in any general admin. work in the absence of the Administrative Assistant.
- To assist in ensuring the department’s tidiness and cleanliness.
- Any other ad hoc assignments as and when arising.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
