**Requirements**:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage all aspects of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Perform monthly and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management to support decision-making.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts.
- Prepare and file tax returns, including sales tax, payroll tax, and income tax.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Experience in Audit is preferable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
- Manage all aspects of accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of annual audits.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to management to support decision-making.
- Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory reports in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage fixed asset accounting, including tracking depreciation and disposals.
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.
