Part-timer Operation Assistant

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Will clock in when needed
- Goods Receiving & Inspection:

- Verify goods received match the Purchase Order (P.O.).
- Inspect items for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
- Storage & Organization:

- Arrange goods on designated racks following the warehouse layout.
- Label and organize stock for easy retrieval.
- Order Packing & Dispatch:

- Pack customer orders accurately with the right quantity and product type.
- Use proper packing materials to protect goods.
- Coordinate with courier services for timely dispatch.
- Sample & Product Preparation:

- Prepare sample vials and product samples for marketing or promotional use.
- Inventory Management:

- Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate records.
- Alert the Operations Manager on low stock levels.
- Product Filling:

- Carefully fill essential oils into bottles or Ziploc packaging, ensuring correct measurements.
- Seal and label products properly.
- Additional Tasks:

- Assist in other operational tasks as directed by the employer.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Malaysian ONLY
- Education and Skills:

- Basic computer literacy and ability to use inventory systems.
- Operational Expertise:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods.
- Physical & Organizational Ability:

- Ability to lift and move goods safely.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace.
- Soft Skills:

- Good communication and teamwork.
- Ability to follow instructions and work under mínimal supervision.
- Adaptability and willingness to assist in various tasks as needed.

- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Rotational shift
