- Provide effective solution for customer issue.
- Follow up and respond back to user on timely manner.
- To deliver excellent customer service to customer via phone or any other channels.
- To provide accurate information on products and services to customer
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service and accurate information.
- Deliver the best service to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with the right procedures.
- You will be accountable for meeting individual (KPIs) and team goals.
- Any others and responsibilities that may be assigned from your superior from time to time for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Customer Service Quality Management System.
- Follow required procedures and processes to resolve customer inquiries or complaints
- Participate in training and development activities.

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
