**Job Summary**:

- Prepare training materials to different outlets based on the topics that assigned by HQ.
- Prepare assessment to participants in order to evaluate their understanding based on the topics.
- On-site visit and spot-check to different outlets in order to observe their provided services and follow the procedures.

**Responsibilities**:
Plan, prepare, conduct and evaluate training programs in line with business objectives;
Consult with managers and stakeholders to assess training needs and develop programs to match these needs;
Constantly improve training programs based on feedback, monitoring and observation;
Monitor methods used by employees for specified duties and make on the spot corrections;
Make suggestions on improving work procedures within the organization

Research and develop in-house training content and staff engagement materials;
Research and collect training needs, formulate and implement training plans, evaluate and feedback on training effects;
Conduct training including on-boarding, code of conduct and other related areas for Head Office and outlet staff;
Research and source new general training programs and providers to introduce to the company

Any other duties as directed by the Superior and Company Management

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Strong interest & expertise in lecture and research**
- **At least 1 - 2 years related field working experience**

**Skills**:**
- **Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin as you are required to process Mandarin language documents.**
- **Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, strong communication, interpersonal skills, presentation skills.**
- **Can withstand great work pressure and able to travel across Perak**
- **Able to organize teaching cases & make full use of modern teaching equipment**
- **Possess ability to mobilize the atmosphere, analyze cases, learn and renew knowledge and skills as well as integrate them into the course**

**Salary**: RM2,100.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
