**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum Qualification: Diploma/Certificate in culinary, food and beverage, or related professional field.
- Minimum 5-10 years experience in catering, food services, restaurants and hospitality.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Supervise kitchen staff how to prepare and bake food according to recipes, quality and presentation standards according to baking food prep checklists.
- Ensure kitchen staff use baking and measuring tools, equipment and appliances to prepare baked foods.
- Monitor kitchen staff complies with food safety handling policies and procedures; personal hygiene procedures.
- Monitor quality of food prepared and portions properly served throughout shifts.
- Supervise kitchen staff to maintain purchasing, receiving and food storage standards all the time.
- Strong adherence of standard operating procedures for food waste controls by proper handling of all food products in the right temperature.
- Actively train kitchen staffs on the fundamentals baking techniques and excellent plating presentations.
- Review staff performance at all levels on operational needs and ensure financial objectives met.
- Effective communication with staff on their expected performance with their job description for their specific function.

**JOB LOCATION**:

- Central Kitchen, Bakery Department (Asia School of Business Academic, ASBA - Near KTM Bank Negara)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
