Role and Responsibilities:

- Record Keeping & Filing: Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files, databases, and records.
- ⁠Scheduling & Coordination: Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Packaging & shipment: Carefully packaging items according to established procedures, ensuring proper sealing and labeling.
- Office Management: Overseeing office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office upkeep.
- Support to Staff: Assisting with various administrative tasks and providing support to other team members.
- Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion and maintaining confidentiality.

Education & Certification
- Degree, Higher Diploma/Diploma in Business related discipline

**Requirements**:

- Proven administrative experience with minimum 1 year experience
- Computer Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- Required to work base on shift allocated and weekends (either Fri and Sat or Sun and Mon off)

Base salary range MYR$2000-$3500. Location: KL Office, The Boulevard Mid Valley

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
