About the Role

As a key contributor to the Bancassurance Technology and Digital Transformation - sales systems and processes, you will leverage technology and digital solutions to enhance overall efficiency. Your role involves driving end-to-end solution delivery, including gap identification, strategy recommendation, and user requirement documentation. You will collaborate closely with UI/UX and TECH teams to ensure high usability and robust system architecture. Additionally, you will manage projects to ensure timely execution, conduct user acceptance testing, and facilitate user training. Your hands-on approach will ensure alignment with business needs and support the overarching Banca strategy.
- Promote overall EODB through technology and digital solutions for Banca's end-to-end sales systems and processes, understanding interactions across AIA and Bank Partners.
- Drive and execute end-to-end solution delivery, including: Identifying gaps and recommending solutions aligned with business needs and benefits (Strategy/Consultant role), involving workshops, user shadowing, interviews, and data analytics.
- Writing user requirements (BA role) by gathering, analyzing, documenting, and managing business requirements with multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the UI/UX team to ensure high usability, requiring knowledge of UI/UX concepts.
- Working with IT to finalize system architecture and development strategy.
- Managing projects/programs to ensure timely execution. Conducting UAT to ensure quality delivery to end users.
- Preparing FAQs and other documentation and conducting TTT sessions to familiarize end users with delivered systems.
- Driving post-project delivery adoption to improve specific KPIs.
- Provide efficient and effective support to Banca and related units with all aspects of technology.
- Adopt a hands-on approach to ensure business needs and technology support align with Banca's strategic goals.

Job Requirements:
Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

- Minimum of 10 years in IT, digital transformation, or related roles.
- Experience in the insurance industry will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies.

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong analytical and project management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and sound business judgment, including knowing when to escalate and who to inform.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Effective time management and adherence to deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, always maintaining professionalism.
- Experience in business process re-engineering, including simplification, digitalization, and automation implementation.
- Experience delivering projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in digital technologies and tools; programming skills are an added advantage.
- Effective communication with various stakeholders on projects and technology initiatives.
- Proactive and innovative communication methods to manage expectations with affected stakeholders and parties.
