Procurement Assistant Manager

**What will you be engaged in?**
- Assist to oversee procurement team's daily job monitoring
- Manage and/or conduct sourcing for vehicle, insurance, vehicle equipment/ accessories, fleet after-sales requirements and all other related purchasing items
- Assist to manage fleet renewal and disposal process
- Work closely with Operations department to manage work order and vendor selection/evaluation process
- Support in Procurement Policy maintenance, education and compliance
- Collaborate with ERP and Governance team to carry out Procure-to-Pay integration initiatives and drive process excellence
- Play the role of a business partner in cross-functional discussions (stakeholder engagement)
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and perform data analysis for reporting and decision-making
- Lead negotiations and competitive bidding process
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers
- Support/lead ad-hoc projects

- Preferably 4-5 years experience in automotive procurement role
- Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Proficient in Netsuite or other similar Procurement software and/or vendor management tools
- Good communication skills and comfortable reporting to higher management
- Keen attention to details
- Independent and self-starter
- Team player with a positive attitude and good management skills
- Have impeccable work attitude and are willing to do whatever it takes to get stuff done
