Attention to detail, Visual and dimensional inspection skills, Use of measuring tools (e.g. calipers, micrometers, gauges), Understanding of quality standards and specifications, Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints, Report writing and documentation, Problem-solving and root cause analysis, Basic computer and data entry skills, Knowledge of ISO 9001 or quality systems, Communication and teamwork.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Must have 1 - 3 Years of Experience in this field
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products
- Operate measuring instruments such as callipers, micrometres, height gauges, and other QC tools
- Ensure all products comply with technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Record and report inspection findings, defects, and non-conformities
- Communicate effectively with production and quality teams to resolve issues
- Support root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
- Follow safety procedures and company policies during inspections
- Travel to different sites or suppliers if required

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to communicate fluently in **Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin**:

- Education at a minimum SPM level. A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
- Must have **own transportation** and a valid driving license
- Experience in quality inspection or a manufacturing environment
- Skilled in using QC measuring tools and equipment
- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and quality specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards is an advantage
