**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Performs activities related to eTime system to monitor timekeeping Entries in relation to HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare ad hoc reports for HR and Finance requirements
- Follows up with employees and managers to ensure timecards are submitted timely.
- Professional and customer-service oriented with the ability to effectively interact with employees and managers.
- Train new employees and managers on payroll policies and timekeeping systems
- Ability to proactively research and resolve timekeeping related issues.
- Online Registration for EPF, SOCSO and EIS for new hires and terminations
- Assist and Support in the NEO (New Hire Orientation) Session
- Other duties as assigned.

**FUNCTIONAL/BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE**:

- In-charge of coordinating with partners to ensure timekeeping data is accurate for payroll processing
- Developing professional expertise, applies company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues.
- Coordinating and discussing with employees related to eTime system
- Demonstrates successful track record of completion
- Contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards

SCOPE:

- Receives general oversight and guidance on approaches to complete eTime related tasks.
- Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of a variety of factors.
- Develops solutions to a variety of problems.
- Builds productive internal/external working relationships.
- Provides support for local physical submissions needed by Finance

JUDGEMENT:

- Exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:

- Bachelor’s degree, Fresh graduate or 6 months relevant experience

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
