**Job Title: Account and Finance Admin**

**Job Overview**:
The Account and Finance Admin is responsible for supporting the finance department in various administrative and accounting functions. This role requires attention to detail, organization, and proficiency in financial software and tools.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Bookkeeping**:

- Record and reconcile financial transactions in the general ledger.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- **Accounts Payable and Receivable**:

- Process invoices and ensure timely payments to vendors.
- Manage and track customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts.
- **Bank Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Monitor and manage cash flow.
- **Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare and generate financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets.
- Provide financial data and reports to management as needed.
- **Expense Management**:

- Review and process employee expense reports.
- Monitor and control company expenditures.
- **Payroll Administration**:

- Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee compensation.
- Maintain payroll records and handle related inquiries.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Assist in the preparation for audits.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the finance team, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for the finance department.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.

**Additional Skills**:

- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of tax regulations is a plus.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
