**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Troubleshooting**: Quickly diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity problems for GPS systems.
- **Customer Support**: Assist customers with product and general usage inquiries, ensuring they understand the features and capabilities of our products.
- **Documentation**: Log and track all support interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for product improvement.
- **Training & Learning**: Continuously enhance your knowledge of our products, staying updated on product features and software updates.
- **Shift Flexibility**: 2 shift - Rotating shifts

**Minimum Requirements**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree holder in related field.
- **Driving License**: Must possess a valid driving/Motorbike license.
- **Location Flexibility**: Able to commute and work in Puchong, Selangor.
- **Learning Mindset**: Eager to explore new technologies and a fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.

**Working Hours & Benefits**:

- **4-Day Workweek**: Work 4 days per week with 3 consecutive days off.
- **Night Shift Allowance**: Additional compensation for working night shifts.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with customer support tools such as CRM systems.
- Familiarity with GPS systems, navigation software, or mapping tools.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
