We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Tour Operations Executive to join our team specializing in Incentive Travel. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in planning and executing memorable incentive travel experiences for our clients. Your ability to manage logistics, coordinate activities, and provide exceptional customer service will contribute to the success of our incentive travel programs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tour operations, incentive travel, or a related role, with a strong track record of successfully executed programs.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in travel management software and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to travel as required for on-site event support.
- A passion for travel and a deep understanding of various destinations and cultures.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the sales team and clients to understand their incentive travel objectives and requirements.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of incentive travel programs, including accommodations, transportation, activities, and special events.
- Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and partners to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality services.
- Create detailed itineraries and travel packages tailored to each client's needs and budget.
- Oversee the booking of flights, hotels, transportation, and other travel arrangements.
- Provide on-site support during incentive travel events to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients and participants.
- Monitor travel expenses and budgets, and report any discrepancies or variances.
- Maintain a strong network of industry contacts and stay updated on travel trends and destinations.
- Handle any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise during travel programs, ensuring swift resolution.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients and provide excellent customer service throughout the travel experience.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
