**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, and refunds using **Sabre system**.
- Communicate with airlines, including **China carriers**, for bookings, schedule changes, and ticketing matters.
- Provide accurate fare quotations and assist with ticketing inquiries.
- Monitor flight schedules, ticket deadlines, and ensure timely ticket issuance.
- Resolve customer and airline-related ticketing issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of ticketing transactions.
- Work on a **shift/rotation basis** to support 24/7 operations.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **Diploma/Degree** in Tourism Management or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Ticketing Executive in a travel agency.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with **Sabre system**.
- Must be able to **read and write in Chinese** (to communicate with China airlines).
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work **7/24 (including weekends, public holidays, and shifts)**.
- Good teamwork, communication, and customer service skills.
